D-3100 / D-3300 Automatic System

The D-3100 and D-3300 are operator friendly strapping units capable of applying 50 straps per minute. The D-3100 is compatible with 3/16" or 1/4" strapping material and the D-3300 is compatible with both 3/8" and 1/2" respectively. Cycle initiation via start switch, table mounted photo switch, or foot switch. Table height is set at 800mm (31.5”). Operating on single phase power, these units can be plugged virtually anywhere in your facility. Rounded tabletop corner design offers greater personal safety. Internally mounted coil minimizes required floor space. Automatic strap feeding and discharge upon coil completion are just a few of the benefits these units offer. For greater bundle security, strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency.
