D-2100C / D-2300C Automatic System

Systems D-2100C and D-2300C are narrow sealing head solutions able of handling package sizes down to 2.6” W x 1.4” H. Capable of over 48 strapping cycles per minute, the D-2100C is compatible with 5 mm, 6 mm and 9 mm  strapping material, whilst the D-2300C is compatible with both 3/8" and 1/2" strap respectively. Cycle initiation via start switch, photo eye or foot switch. The table height is set at 800 mm (31.5”) and it features rounded corners for operator safety. Operating on single phase power, the machine can be plugged virtually anywhere in your facility. Internally mounted coil minimizes required floor space. Automatic strap feeding and discharge upon coil completion are just a few of the benefits this unit offers. For greater bundle security, strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency.
