Prices
Although we try to keep our information as current as possible, prices and
specifications are subject to change without notice. All of the prices
listed on our website are in $US Dollars.
Minimum
Order
A minimum order amount of $250.00 US applies to all domestic orders, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
We honor Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards
on domestic orders only. Open credit
terms are subject to credit verification and are offered at the sole
discretion of the company's financial officer. A finance charge of 1.9% per
month will automatically be applied on all outstanding invoices.
Bank Charges
The purchaser is responsible for all bank charges associated with the
transaction and the current rate. This includes, but not limited to, letters
of credit and wire transfers.
Bank Transactions
Sincal, Inc., will be named the sole benefactor in all letters or credit and
wire transfers. All bank transactions must be irrevocable, drawn from US
banks.
Currencies
Unless otherwise noted, we strictly
quote in $US Dollars.
Returned Checks
A $50.00 fee applies to all uncollected check.
Shipping
We reserve the right to use either of our preferred shipping carriers: US
Postal Service and Federal Express.
Unless otherwise noted, all of our transactions are Ex-Works point of
origin. Appropriate shipping charges apply.
Handling Fee
Handling fee apply to items noted.
Export Orders - Documents
We provide the necessary export documents, (invoices and packing slip) with
your shipment, complying with international export regulations. Additional
documentation and services, such as, Shippers Export Declaration (SED) and
inspections are the sole responsibility of the purchasing party.
Credits
Sincal, Inc., at its sole discretion, will either replace defective items
under manufacture's warrantee or issue a credit note to the customer's
account. Credit notes are only applicable towards purchases of product from
Sincal, Inc.. Sincal, Inc., does not issue checks, wires or cash refunds for
credits, returns, warranty
compensation and/or overpayments.
Returned Items - Products
Sincal, Inc., does not accept returned items for credit, unless a RAN # has
been issued. Items sent to us without valid RAN # may be returned to sender
or discarded. Returned items ordered in error are subject to a 35%
restocking fee. No items will be accepted for credit after 90 days. The
purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the
return. All items returned must be in new operating condition packaged
with its original box and packing materials.
Equipment Returns
Sincal, Inc., does not accept returned equipment for credit, unless a RAN #
has been issued. Equipment sent to us without valid RAN # will not be
accepted. All equipment is subject to individual manufacture's return
policy, which include restocking fee. There're no returns on special orders,
non-stocking items, and custom engineered equipment.
Special Orders & Non-Stocking Items
Special orders and non-stocking items must be paid in advanced.
Warranties
Being a multi-line distributor, all products and equipment are warranted
directly by the manufacture according to their individual policies. Sincal, Inc., does not warrantee items directly.
Exclusions
Sincal, Inc., shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, directly
or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the equipment or
product. It's the purchasers responsibility to determine the suitability of
the equipment or product for the intended use and the purchaser assumes all
the risks and liabilities. This warranty is in lieu of all other guarantees
expressed or implied.
