BetaFlex Pro - the complete flexo solution

The new Betaflex Pro operates at high resolution providing the most accurate and consistent measurements. Betaflex Pro measures all types of transparent flexo plates, digital masks, halftone films, offset plates and color prints whether stochastically or conventionally screened. Betaflex Pro detects process variation before expensive errors propagate through the system. Automatic data collection, plotting, and statistical analysis keep operators informed and the process on target. Its revolutionary 3D imaging and dot structure mode offers topographical visualization of conventional dot area and halftones. Dot height, diameter, slope and more are visualized and automatically measured at 22,000 PPI. Surface enhancement techniques are easily seen and quantified. The new automatic 4 point calibration system eliminates the need to make multiple manual measurements. Calibration target and software system maintains a database of instrument status to satisfy the most stringent ISO registration requirements.

BetaFlex Xpress - combining economy and function

Betaflex Xpress provides an economical solution designed on the BetaFlex Pro platform. It quickly and accurately measures all types of transparent flexo plates, digital ablation masks and halftone films at 14,000 PPI. Its automatic 4 point calibration system eliminates the need to make multiple manual measurements. Betaflex Xpress system operates at the highest resolution to provide the most accurate and consistent measurements. HD Flexo, stochastic screening and all the most sophisticated prepress techniques can be measured and controlled with ease and accuracy. The new high resolution system is portable and easy to use. The new mask stain density function eliminates the need to carry an old fashioned film densitometer to verify laser energy, focus and beam adjustments. Data and images are easily captured and printed with the integral report generator and statistical analyzer. Note: Unlike the Pro version, Betaflex Xpress does not have 3-D imaging or reflection color halftone analysis.
